G59 is our signature cardio session with the primary goal to get your heart racing. With a combination of plyometric, weighted and body weight movements, you'll soon develop a love hate relationship with this full body workout.

 Don't let the name fool you, there's no hiding from this one... With long sets, and short rests, the simple circuit design will have you working non stop! Using a variety of equipment and simple (but gruelling) body weight movements, we guarantee you'll be on your way to a well conditioned body!

Our speciality strength based session. We work on a They say variety is the spice of life and with 16 exercises to make your way through, you certainly won't get bored with this one. The HIIT based workout works both upper and lower body, so you really won't know what's hurting afterwards!

Mr. George St is our strength focus session. We work on increasing your lean muscle mass, while ensuring you are moving correctly and pain free! You'll leave this session feeling strong and accomplished, and let me tell you, muscle soreness will become your new best friend.
